What a strange, mendacious little book. Hard to believe it wasn't intended as satire. What did Russo get out of writing this?From the Washington Post article "Trump’s unsupported claim he has ‘received awards on the environment":
“New Jersey Audubon offered to recognize the work that was done at Trump National Bedminster — but not with an award to Donald, just to ‘Trump National.’ That wasn’t right,” Russo wrote. But New Jersey Audubon rejected Russo’s claim: “NJ Audubon never presented an award to Donald Trump, Trump National nor any of its employees, nor did NJ Audubon apply for one on his behalf,” spokesman Jonathan Jaffe said."

Absurd! How can a author who has written exactly ONE book be a "distinguished author"? This book is obvious propaganda and mis-information, written by a Trump campaign staffer claiming to be an "environmentalist."
"The Trump administration has instituted a media blackout at the Environmental Protection Agency and barred staff from awarding any new contracts or grants, part of a broader communications clampdown within the executive branch." Chicago Tribune
The book is joke, Trump is a joke, and there is something odd about the comments. When you read regular comments on , they are generally poorly written with many grammatical errors. When going through the 5 star comments, you may notice that they are all about the same in length, very well written, and not at all critical in any way. Just food for thought.

1. Began allowing coal mining to dump waste in streams again.
2. Rolled back coal mining's restrictions on air pollution.
3. Rolled back the gas mileage standards.
4. Gutting US commitment to the Climate Change Agreement.
5. Advancing a bill to eliminate the EPA.
6. Gutted our internal climate change enforcement.
7. Eliminated a federal moratorium on coal leasing.
8. Eliminated a measure that requires federal agencies to consider climate change during their rule-making process.
9. Currently trying to eliminate an Interior rule limiting excessive flaring and venting from oil and gas operations on public lands.
10. In process of eliminating the BLM's hydraulic fracturing rule, which tightened standards on gas well construction, governed the disposal of fracking waste and required disclosure on the fracking chemicals used.
11. Eliminated the consideration of the social cost of greenhouse gases and climate change in conducting environmental impact assessments.
12. Eliminated an executive order directing federal agencies to prepare for and mitigate the effects of climate change.
13. Eliminated an Obama memorandum identifying climate change as a national security issue, and directing the Pentagon and other agencies to "ensure that climate change-related impacts are fully considered in the development of national security doctrine, policies, and plans."
14. Eliminated another executive order requiring agencies to take steps to reduce their energy consumption fossil fuels, with a goal of a 40% reduction in greenhouse gases produced by the federal government.
This book is a hoax perpetrated by the Chinese. Sad!
This book contains one of the smelliest loads of horse poop money can buy. How can a person who blatantly disregards science he doesn't even try to understand be an "environmental hero" to anyone but the plutocrats seeking to increase their plunder of the planet and destroy the natural systems on which all lives depend?
Right - because banning the EPA from posting anything regarding climate change or using social media, period - that's the work of an environmental hero. Reopening work on the DAP and endangering the water source of native tribes and others - that's the work of an environmental hero. Pledging to open up fracking on federally protected lands - DEFINITELY the work of an environmental hero! And now I have some real estate on the moon I'd like to sell you. If Trump is concerned about something, his own profit must be involved.
